Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard used by Ontario's accessibility law (AODA).
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG contrast ratios, and text can be enlarged up to 200 percent.
- Photos that carry information have text descriptions, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Videos have no sound, and the page text explains what they show.
- Anything that moves on its own (videos, reviews and slideshows) has a pause button, and stops moving if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Forms have labels, and errors are explained in words.
Known limitations
Some before and after photos and treatment diagrams show detail that is hard to describe fully in text. Ask us and we will explain them by phone or email.
Visiting the studio
Service animals and support persons are welcome. If you need any accommodation for your visit, let us know when you book and we will do our best to arrange it.
