Microneedling
Technology-assisted collagen stimulation for texture, fine lines and the look of scarring.
$149 from $450 New-client price. About an hour, numbing included.
What to expect
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to support your body's own collagen production. It is used for texture, fine lines and the appearance of scarring, and is usually done as a series.
Skin often looks brighter straight away. Texture and tone keep improving over the following weeks as new collagen forms.
Step by step
Numbing and prep
A topical numbing cream keeps you comfortable throughout.
Microneedling pass
Fine needles create controlled micro-channels across the treatment area.
Serum infusion
A soothing serum is applied to support the skin through the micro-channels.
Aftercare guidance
You leave with clear instructions for the next 24 to 48 hours.
What it can help with
Microneedling works by encouraging your skin's own repair process, which makes it useful for several concerns.
Acne marks and scarring
New collagen can soften the look of shallow acne scarring over a series of sessions.
Enlarged pores
As collagen rebuilds around the pore, the skin around it can look tighter and more refined.
Fine lines
A gradual plumping effect can soften early lines, especially around the eyes and mouth.
Uneven tone and dullness
Better circulation to the treated area can leave skin looking brighter and more even.
Sun-related texture
Support for cell turnover can improve rough or uneven texture from sun exposure over time.
Stretch marks
Some clients see softer texture in stretch marks over a series, though results vary with their age and depth.
Before and after your appointment
Before your visit
- Tell your esthetician about any medical conditions or medications during your consultation.
- Pause retinol and other exfoliating products for a few days beforehand.
- Keep out of direct sun and wear SPF in the day or two before your session.
After your visit
- Keep skin makeup-free for the rest of the day.
- Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer while your skin settles.
- Stay out of saunas, steam rooms and pools for about 48 hours.
- Wear SPF daily for the following week; skin is more sun-sensitive after treatment.
